A Special Purpose Inspection is a building Inspection, other than a standard Inspection already outlined above. This can occur where a Client may require a Report regarding a specific structural adequacy or condition of a particular component of the building and may include stairs, beams, walls, flooring, tiles, leaks, support stumps, columns, corrosion, fungal decay, roof structures, fences, retaining walls, etc.

PBRS Special Purpose Inspections may also be a requested Invasive Inspection to uncover or reveal more detail as to Moisture damage, Flood damage, Storm damage, Termite damage or the full extent of Asbestos content in the building being Inspected.
