A Dilapidation Report is generally undertaken prior to work commencing on an adjoining property, such as a new building, retaining wall work, underground tunnelling, renovations, demolitions or road works.
A PBRS Report will be both written and photographic and will establish the exact condition of a property prior to the commencement of any of the aforementioned works.
