Approximately 13 yrs ago Gavin and Helen established a Renovation and Investment business, the commencement of their relationship with the local Real Estate Industry. In that time they have attained a greater understanding of how important it is for a buyer or a seller to have accurate and reliable information to support buying and selling decisions related to building and properties.
As well as the experience Gavin has as a Builder and an Electrician, he previously worked as a Technical Services Manager, Equipment Installation Project Manager, and International Project Consultant, over a period of more than 30 years. This varying and broad experience delivers an expanded view across all facets of the Building and Construction Industries and this can be very rewarding for our Clients, empowering them in their decision making process.
Helen has worked side by side with Gavin over the past 13 years in their Renovation and Investment business and had previously worked in Insurance Administration. While raising their four children Helen trained as a Primary School Teacher and Teacher Librarian and currently enjoys relief teaching in the local area.
Gavin and Helen believe that Knowledge is Power and they also believe their background, qualifications and experience can give their clients that reliable and professional knowledge needed to make informed decisions when purchasing or selling Properties.
Gavin and Helen have lived and worked in the Ashgrove area for approximately 13 years and previously lived at Samford for a period in excess of 20 years.
Gavin was the Fire Warden for Samford Village for almost 20 years and within that time he served as the 2nd Officer for both the Samford Rural Fire Brigade and the Pine Rivers Combined Rural Brigade Group.
Both Gavin and Helen remain involved in their local community, having both held positions within local sporting groups and both are active Justices of The Peace (Qualified) and offer these services to the greater community.
Their leisure time is spent travelling to remote areas of Australia and camping. They also enjoy time spent with family and are enjoying their grandchildren.
