Approximately 13 yrs ago Gavin and Helen established a Renovation and Investment business, the commencement of their relationship with the local Real Estate Industry. In that time they have attained a greater understanding of how important it is for a buyer or a seller to have accurate and reliable information to support buying and selling decisions related to building and properties.

As well as the experience Gavin has as a Builder and an Electrician, he previously worked as a Technical Services Manager, Equipment Installation Project Manager, and International Project Consultant, over a period of more than 30 years. This varying and broad experience delivers an expanded view across all facets of the Building and Construction Industries and this can be very rewarding for our Clients, empowering them in their decision making process.

Helen has worked side by side with Gavin over the past 13 years in their Renovation and Investment business and had previously worked in Insurance Administration. While raising their four children Helen trained as a Primary School Teacher and Teacher Librarian and currently enjoys relief teaching in the local area.
